The author served as a computerized flight simulator technician in the U.S. Air Force and holds numerous computer certifications.  His latter years however have been spent as a HIPAA Security and Compliance Consultant, working with over 200 medical facilities around the country.  This experience gave him a greater insight into areas of the presidential campaign platforms.
